COVID-19

We adhere to the CDC rules of safe distancing and no Smoking is allowed in the cottages or on   property. 
All guests must ware a mask around our property and around non-related guests and staff. Our staff is COVID free and we provide a safe clean sanitize environment for all our guests. 

Kindly remember ONLY registered guests are allowed on property at all times. 

We are a smoke-free environment. If you are smoking in our cottages or on the property, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 per unit and a ground fee of $100 for cigarette butts left behind.

We love pets but not the poop. Please take your fury family off property and pick up the poop after and dispose in the outside public trash cans. There is a $175  cleaning poop fee if we have to clean up after your fury family on our property. Please do your  part so we can continue to allow pets on property. 

Check in is no earlier than 3:00 PM and we do not store luggage. 

Cancellations & Changes due to COVID 19 
The State of Hawaii requires a negative COVID testing 72 hours before your arrival to our islands or proof of your vaccine card. If your test is positive we will issue you a credit voucher valid for one year from your original arrival date to rebook your stay, Any discounts or promotions will not carry over. Also you are subject to any rate increases. 

If your flight is cancelled or your State has a mandated stay at home order due to COVID 19 and will not allow you to travel, we can refund  your full payment or give you a credit voucher  to book at another time at the same rate. We require a 20 day notice or the standard cancellation policy with apply.   Any discounts or promotions will not carry over. Also you are subject to any future rate increases.
If your are canceling for none of the above reasons our standard cancellation policy will apply. 

*For all refunds we charge a $35 reverse transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. 

General Cancelation and change Policy 2021

We require a 90 cancellation or change notice for High Peak Months-November, December, January, March, April, May, June and July for a full refund of your payment. . After 90 days you will receive a credit voucher for 50% of your payment valid for one year from your original check in date. If we can get your cottage/s  booked for the same time we will gladly give you a full refund.  
For reservation changes we require 60 days notice of any changes in writing. 

For non peak months we  have a 60-day cancellation or change policy for a full refund of your payment.. After 60 days you will receive a credit voucher for 50% of your deposit valid for one year from your original check in date. If we can get your cottage/s booked for the same time we will gladly give you a full refund. For reservation changes we require 60 days notice of any changes in writing. 

*We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event of travel emergencies.

Check in
We have a self-check-in. Our gate code will be provided upon booking.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is at 10:00 AM.

Your cottage keys will be placed on the table next to the welcome book.

We provide paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels to get your started as well as beach towels, and bath towels. Each cottage has a full size kitchen accept cottage 9 has a kitchenette. Please visit each cottage for more details on our main site. 

There is a grocery store around the corner to purchase more paper products. We do not replace towels but you may use the coin operated washer and dryer at your leisure.  

On property we have beach chairs and a few beach umbrellas for all guests to use.

We do not provide, surf boards, boogie boards. or snorkel gear.  Let us know if you need help in finding a rental company to rent any of the above items. 

There is a coin operated washer and dryer  located on property for you to use. 

There is a convent store walking distance from the cottages and Costco is a 15 minute drive and for your convenience Instacart delivers to the cottages. 

The bus line is one block from the cottages. Other transportation is Uber and Lyft. 

On property, parking is  $25 per day.
We have 4 available reserved stalls. 
Street Parking is available for free at all times.
Please do not park in the stalls with cones. 
We are not responsible for the following:
Parking Tickets
Towed Vehicles
Damaged or Vandalized Vehicles
Theft of any kind while on or off the property

*In the past property parking was on a first come first come first serve base and not a guarantee. Today parking on property is $25 per day and guaranteed if available. 

We do not allow parties or unregistered guest on property. If you are having an event all cottages must be rented at the same time. Please call us about our event policy at 808 427-9948.

We have a 5 Night Minimum Stay, however if there is a shorter stay available we can offer less then 5 nights. 

Reservations confirmed upon receipt of your total stay. If you are reserving all nine cottages, a 50% deposit is required, and the balance will be charged to your card on file 14 days before the arrival date.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
Current State TAT Tax: 14.962%

Cleaning Fee $200 ( We hold the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 if your unit is damaged and left with dirty dishes, soiled sheets, bags of garbage left behind or food or alcohol or smoke in our cottages. Please respect our property/home.

There are no Kegs on the property what so ever.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, check-out time is at 10:00 am.
There is no loitering around the property after 10:00 AM.

Rates are subject to tax and cleaning fees.

Occupancy:
Occupancy is limited to two guests for the one-bedroom cottages and four guests for the two-bedroom cottages.
There is an additional guest fee of $45.00 per night for over the age of two for units 3, 5, 8,10, and 11 for the nights rented at the time of the first guest check-in. We have a minimum 5-night stay for all registered guests. We will provide extra bedding and towels for added guests.
We hold the right to charge your credit card for each other guests.
We hold the right to charge your card for any damages to our property or cigarette smoking and butts found on our grounds.
Reserve all the cottages and have your next event on property. All events must have prior approval, and our coordinator must be present.

*If you are not reserving all cottages, we do not allow parties of any kind or non-registered or overnight guests on property.
