COVID-19
We adhere to the CDC rules of safe distancing.
All guests must ware a mask around our property and around non-related guests and staff. Our staff is COVID free and we provide a safe clean sanitize environment for all our guests.

Cancellations due to COVID 19 
If your flight is cancelled or your State has a mandated stay at home order due to COVID 19 we can refund 50% of your full payment and give you a credit voucher for the balance to book at another time. If you have only made a 50% deposit we will issue a credit voucher. We do require 15 day notice in writing. After the 15 day our standard cancellation policy will apply. If you choose to cancel for none of the above reason our standard cancellation policy will apply. For all refunds we charge a $35 reverse transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. 

General Cancelation Policy 2021

High Peak Months-November, December, January, March, April, May, June, your deposit is non-refundable. We have a 90-day change or cancellation policy for a credit voucher f0r all other months  and after 90 days you forfeit your payment. All other months we have a 90-day change or cancellation policy to receive a  credit voucher equal to your reservation cost. 

*We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event of travel emergencies.

Check in
We provide a self-check-in. Our gate code will be provided upon booking.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is at 10:00 AM.

Your cottage keys will be placed on the table next to the welcome book.

We are not hotel and provide paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels to get your started as well as beach towels, and bath towels.
There is a coin operated washer and dryer on property for your use. 
There is a convent store walking distance from the cottages and Costco is a 15 minute drive and for your convenience Instacart delivers to the cottages. 

The bus line is one block from the cottages. Other transportation is Uber and Lyft. 

On property, parking is  $35 per day effective 3/1/2021. We have 4 available stalls. 
Street Parking is available for free at all times.
Please do not park in the stalls with cones. 
We are not responsible for the following:
Parking Tickets
Towed Vehicles
Damaged or Vandalized Vehicles
Theft of any kind while on or off the property

We do not allow parties or unregistered guest on property. If you are having an event all cottages must be rented at the same time. Please call us about our event policy at 808 427-9948. During COVID 19 only registered guests are allowed on property. 

We have a 5 Night Minimum Stay 

Reservations confirmed upon receipt of your total stay. If you are reserving all nine cottages, a 50% deposit is required, and the balance will be charged to your card on file 14 days before the arrival date.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
Current State TAT Tax: 14.962%

Cleaning Fee $200 ( We hold the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 if your unit is damaged and left with dirty dishes, soiled sheets, bags of garbage left behind or food or alcohol in our coolers. Please respect our property/home.

There are no Kegs on the property what so ever.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, check-out time is at 10:00 am.
There is no loitering around the property after 10:00 AM.

Only registered guests on property. Arrivals after 5:00 pm need to make check-in arrangements before arrival. 

Rates are subject to tax and cleaning fees.

Occupancy:
Occupancy is limited to two guests for the one-bedroom cottages and four guests for the two-bedroom cottages.
There is an additional guest fee of $45.00 per night for over the age of two for units 3, 5, 8,10, and 11 for the nights rented at the time of the first guest check-in. We have a minimum four-night stay for all registered guests. We will provide extra bedding and towels for added guests.
We hold the right to charge your credit card for each other guests.
We hold the right to charge your card for any damages to our property or cigarette smoking and butts found on our grounds.
Reserve all the cottages and have your next event on property. All events must have prior approval, and our coordinator must be present.

*If you are not reserving all cottages, we do not allow parties of any kind or non-registered or overnight guests on property.
NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY AT ANY TIME
We are a smoke-free environment. If you are smoking in our cottages or on the property, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 per unit and a ground fee of $100 for cigarette butts left behind.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
On property, parking is free, and a first come first serve for registered guests only.
Street Parking is available at all times.
We are not responsible for the following:

Towed Vehicles
Damaged or Vandalized Vehicles
Theft of any kind while on or off the property
