Waimanalo Beach Cottages Policies

Aloha! 

Waimanalo Beach Cottages provides a contactless check-in.

Your cottage will be unlocked and keys on the table. 

Check in is no earlier than 3:00 PM and we do not store luggage.

Check out is at 10:00 AM.

Quite hour is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please review our welcome book HERE before checking in to your cottage.

Each cottage is designed for 2 or 4 guests per unit. The one-bedroom cottages and studios can accommodate 2 guests, while the two-bedroom cottages can accommodate 4 guests. If you plan to have additional guests in a cottage, please inform us in advance. Please note that there will be an additional fee for extra bedding and towels.

Kindly remember ONLY registered guests are allowed on property. 

If you leave before your original check-out date for any reason, you are not allowed to invite other guests to stay in your place unless you inform us 24 hours in advance. There will also be an additional cleaning fee if a new guests checks in. 

If you are checking in after dark please let us know in advance so we may leave the lights on.

Property Parking is $25 per day or there is free street parking. 

On property we have beach chairs and a few beach umbrellas, boogie boards for all guests to use.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer located on property for you to use.

We now offer Worry Free Bookings. If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your arrival or if you forgot, no worries, you still have 30 days after your reservation to receive a full refund.

Without Worry-Free Booking, you may cancel your reservation 60 days before your check-in date for a full refund (see rules for compound reservations). After 60 days due to COVID, a medical emergency, or a fight cancellation, you may receive a credit voucher to reserve at another time, valid for one year and non-transferable. The purchaser requires a doctor's note or proof of a flight cancellation. A cancellation fee will apply, including the credit card fee.

We encourage Worry-Free Booking.

Our cancelation policy is 60 days before check-in for noncompound bookings and you will receive a full refund minus 6% of the credit card processing fees, or you may request a credit voucher to book at another time. All new rates and fees may apply. 

We require a 50% deposit if you are reserving more than 4 cottages, and the final payment is due 30 days before check-in. 

A 100% payment is due upon booking for less than 4 cottages. 

If you are making a reservation 1 year in advance a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due 30 days before check-in, 

For compound reservations (all cottages) the cancellation policy is 90 days before your reservation date for a full refund. After 90 days your reservation is nonrefundable. We recommend Worry Free Insurance.
We adhere to the CDC COVID rules.

Our staff is COVID free, and we provide a safe clean sanitize environments for all our guests.

Kindly remember ONLY registered guests are always allowed on property.

If you have a group reservation, please email us all guests names and email address and phone number 72 hours before your arrival.

We are a smoke-free and drug free environment.

NO smoking is allowed in our cottages or on the property, and the use of incense and fire candles. 

There will be a cleaning fee of $200 for the above. 

Please ask about designated smoking areas. 

Illegal Drugs/Substances/Items 

No guest or patron shall purchase, sell, use or possess any object which is dangerous, illegal or offensive while on our premises or in the immediate vicinity thereof, including, but not limited to, firearms and weapons.

The Use of drugs will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.

Street Parking 

Please do not park in the stalls with cones.

We are not responsible for the following:

Parking Tickets

Towed Vehicles

Damaged or Vandalized Vehicles

Theft of any kind while on or off the property

We do not allow parties or unregistered guest on property.

We have a 7 night, however if there is a shorter stay available, we can offer less then 7 nights. Please call us to inquiry.

Please respect our cottages and remove all trash and wash your dishes before

checking out. We hold the right to charge a cleaning fee.

Current State TAT Tax: 14.962%

We hold the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not made in full one week prior to check in.

*Our general policy for discounts and complimentary services for all guests is that if you choose to leave sooner than your check-out date for any reason other than a medical emergency, all discounts and complimentary offers will be voided. Therefore, your invoice will revert to all original booking fees.
